The ASN 5100 Chemical Free Iron Removal Value Series filter is intended to be an effective and economical way to remove iron from water without the use of messy and dangerous chemicals or expensive pumps or an external venturi. The control valve uses a unique process to create an air bubble at the upper portion of the tank to oxidize any ferrous iron prior to being filtered by the media. 
How does the ASN 5100 filter work? 

Made from a unique 3 piece internal construction that allows for consistent engineered dome profiles and integrally bonded connections that lead to longer tank life. Its heavy duty base is molded out of ABS for maximum strength and durability. It also has a removable schedule 80 PVC bottom connection that can be “accessorized” for increased installation flexibility.
• Precision injection molded domes for uniform wall thickness and consistent engineered dome profiles.
• Reinforced with durable continuous strand fiberglass and sealed with weather- resistant epoxy resin.

ASN 1300 3 Stage Ultra Filtration Drinking System - reduces lead, VOC (pesticides, herbicides, chemicals), THM, chlorine, taste, odor & sediment as small as 0.2 microns.
